For several months, I have been reading about the “AJAX” buzzword. I also had a chance to play with Atlas, Microsoft’s library for AJAX, and I must say, it is very impressive.

Is AJAX going to be the foundation for highly interactive web pages? What are some of the AJAX libraries, besides Atlas, that you software developers use, particularly for .net environment?

Here are a few I have so far hears about:

1) Atlas

2) Ruby on Rails

More? Which one do you use, and which one do you like? Why? I am more interested in libraries that are easy to use in .net, but I am interested in others as well. So please post your favorite library!
